Here's a neat little tower we've been working on. Close to getting some kind of approval...    as usual, Val's neat renderings......      J plan curved away to preserve view and solar access corridors. the last development site in the MJ block plan unusual car park entry under the footpath level  using lightweight structure to make the street facade visually lighter curved wall softens the view from the neighbour nice separation and landscaped zone on podium street level home office and building entry strong corner massing
