Here's some alts & adds to an existing Victorian house. Work included a new second bathroom, internal laundry, new modern rear addition with open open plan kitchen, dining and living. Lovely sere work providing that flow through living in your gardern experience.

Here's a fun little project that's big on finish. We took a small 2 bed unit in Coogee that still had a lot of it's original 1960's finishes and converted it into a sparkling jewel of modern open planning and interiors. All new LED lighting, air conditioning and connectiveness. Wonderful subtle and stylish scheme by our expert interior architect Eddie Kenda. Joinery beautifully realised by our good friends at Donnas Joinery and the whole complex build done by Dave and his professional team at D B & H E Building Services. We can't wait for the clients (and furniture) to move in and enjoy it all. Been a long time between blogs!!! This is the new kitchen we are working on in Cremorne. The house has touches of late "art deco" styling so we are referencing it in the kitchen design. Some rounded elements, horizontal curved trims, fluted glass, mixture of face timber and granite finishes.     J concept sketches resolved plan elevations elevations Val's luverly renderings touch of deco with the fluted glass compact but efficient now to work up the materials......

This is a recently finished project in Willoughby. Very successful major alts and adds to an existing Californian bungalow by Andrew Ross from Modcon. New pool in a lovely north facing rear yard.
