Here's some alts & adds to an existing Victorian house. Work included a new second bathroom, internal laundry, new modern rear addition with open open plan kitchen, dining and living. Lovely sere work providing that flow through living in your gardern experience.

I noticed these recent marketing pics for mega alts and adds I did back in the early 90's. Still looking good after all these years. That 30 + year old joinery still looks modern. A major heritage refurb of the original stone dwelling was part of the work. We added a complimentary style entry tower and garages each side.

 Ahhh... student days. Here's a concept design for student accommodation we prepared to help sell a building in Glebe. We treated it as a heritage design, keeping the main late 19th century warehouse, and inserting new modern accommodation units. Would be nice if built.
