Favourite (only) granddaughter has been on a run of losing teeth. Thought I'd do a quick scribble to capture the moment.

 Ahhh... student days. Here's a concept design for student accommodation we prepared to help sell a building in Glebe. We treated it as a heritage design, keeping the main late 19th century warehouse, and inserting new modern accommodation units. Would be nice if built.

 I finally found some spare time to get back to doodling with a felt tip pen.

Here's some recent pics of a project we delivered a few years back. Now looking well lived in and just as spectacular.

 This is a very workmanlike industrial/warehouse building in Lidcome. We kept it practical and simple to meet tight budgets. lovely exposed galvanised steel and colorbond cladding practical covered entry area excavated loading dock to accommodate large trucks

 Sigh.... A might-a-been that would have been great if built. Some 3D images here for general amusement.
